FamLoop App brings Secret Agent Magic

I was given an app to review recently from Famloop! I was at no expense to me. This are my own words and opinions

This is a picture of my 6 years old. I find him many days early in the AM with MY iPad. He loves MY iPad. He is my digital kid. I am certain computers will be in his future. The iPad fascinates him. He also loves adventure.

Nolan is learning to read so not every story book app is for him. He is very artistic and loves drawing apps. So when we decided to download this app I wasn’t sure what to think.

  • Would it keep his attention?
  • Would he be able to actually learn from it?
  • Would he use it beyond the time we reviewed it together?

  • Would it keep his attention?
  • He loves a specific part when he gets to splash water at a cat and save fish from being attacked. He loves that he gets to make a secret agent badge when he completes the story. He also loves to take photos and have him be part of the story.

  • Would he be able to actually learn from it?
  • Yes, He can learn from it. It is capable of being used even for beginning readers. He loved how interactive it was and I loved how it challenged him to not only read but count and even draw. It also asks him questions along the way of the story for comprehension.

  • Would he use it beyond the time we reviewed it together?
  • Yes, yesterday morning I awoke to the secret agent mouse voice. Although it wasn’t the best wake up call their are many disasters I have woken up too and this was not one of them.

Overall I am delighted by this app but more importantly my son is too!
